Nihal Hotel（尼哈尔酒店） ★★★

I inform toilet flush is not working to reception still they didn’t bother to do anything and service was very poor and noise coming other room mid night overall I will not recommend this hotel

Nice staff,

i booked without breakfast but i was told the opposite and forced to pay for breakfast, the rooms are old, compare to the service i found it a little bit expensive. the hotel doesn't provide neither coffee nor tea at the room. old appliances in the room. the corridors always smell as if some one break a cheap perfume. breakfast is more of Indian but they claim it to be continental, actually it has some continental dishes on the buffet.

The room was neat and tidy. The blanket and bed sheets were fresh. I liked the bathroom also, particularly the bathtub.

The a/c was not working properly. I didn’t mind it, as it was winter time.

The only good thing was that the room was big.

One of the staff members was really really rude. I seen a cockroach in my room, the mini bar was empty. The water was not complimentary either. Also I had to ask the hotel more than 5 times to get me shower slippers and a comb.

Tall Male Staff at the reception was rude and bald manger too (staff called himself im the manager) they refused visitors to visit at the property just for a moment room smells smoke you never say no to your guests lack of professionalism zero hospitality behavior very bad experience i ll not recommend anyone lot more to learn

El baño no está muy bien. Necesitaría una mejora en cuanto a los revestimientos

Une fenêtre théoriquement condamnée qui restait entr’ouverte, une chambre au 3ème étage avec une boîte de nuit au 1er, impossible de s’endormir avant minuit.

La propreté et la disponibilité du personnel

Notre chambre n’était séparée de celle d’à côté que par une simple porte : notre voisine étant sûrement insomniaque, elle a passé la nuit au téléphone et à écouter de la musique (pas au casque!). Je n’ai quasiment pas dormi de la nuit malgré une fort peu aimable intervention de ma part.

Je trouve mesquin de faire payer les bouteilles d'eau mise à disposition dans la chambre alors qu'elles ne figurent pas sur la liste des choses payantes dans la chambre

Ele retém o passaporte do hóspede na hora do check-in. Na hora de pagar o valor também ficou acima do combinado no site.

Die Freundlichkeit des Personals war bemerkenswert. Wenn man telefonieren muss, übernehmen sie das... Man fühlt sich weiter geholfen, wenn man was braucht. Das Hotel befindet sich in der Nähe von der rigga road : es Ist eine lebendige Strasse mit mehreren Restaurants und einkaugsmöglichkeiten. Miz der metro ist man binnen 15 min im zentrum Dubai

Etwas laut manchmal. Manchmal würde auch im Zimmer geklingelt wegen Reinigung, wenn man das Zettel nicht stören vergessen hat aufzuhängen. Ist halt ein 3 Sterne Standard.

Vom Flughafen aus gut zu finden

Frühstück einfach , man sollte den Pass abgeben
